You will be responsible for mentoring field sales representatives, executing strategic retail initiatives, and ensuring that we consistently meet and exceed our revenue targets. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve regional KPIs and sales targets.
  • Analyze regional market trends and competitor activity to develop actionable sales strategies for the Jakarta and Banten areas.
  • Monitor daily sales performance and provide actionable coaching and feedback to team members.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders to ensure product visibility and distribution.
  • Conduct regular field visits to evaluate performance and provide on-site support to the sales force.
  • Prepare accurate and timely sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Execute brand marketing initiatives and promotional activities at the point of sale.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales supervision or team leadership within the FMCG or Retail industry.
  • Deep knowledge of the Jakarta and Banten market territory.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to influence and inspire diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Possess a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and optimize resource allocation.
