Sejati Group is looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Supervisor / Manager to spearhead our B2B division in Jakarta. We specialize in high-quality printing and paper packaging solutions, serving a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion, responsible for mentoring a high-performing sales team and securing strategic partnerships with major corporate accounts.

We are seeking a strategic thinker who understands the nuances of the printing industry and knows how to build lasting professional relationships. If you have a proven track record of exceeding sales targets, a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, and the ability to motivate others, we want to hear from you.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets in the printing and packaging sectors.
  • Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to enhance individual performance and collective productivity.
  • Identify and prospect new corporate accounts through strategic networking and market analysis.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and proposal development to final contract negotiation.
  • Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and recurring business.
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met with high quality and timely delivery.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reports to senior management.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, specifically within the Printing, Paper Packaging, or related manufacturing industry.
  • Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team and driving sales performance.
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills suitable for C-level interactions.
  • In-depth knowledge of paper packaging types, printing techniques, and market trends.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight project deadlines.
