We specialize in high-quality printing and paper packaging solutions, serving a diverse portfolio of corporate clients. In this role, you will be the driving force behind our market expansion, responsible for mentoring a high-performing sales team and securing strategic partnerships with major corporate accounts.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute comprehensive B2B sales strategies to achieve annual revenue targets in the printing and packaging sectors.
- Lead, mentor, and coach the sales team to enhance individual performance and collective productivity.
- Identify and prospect new corporate accounts through strategic networking and market analysis.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial inquiry and proposal development to final contract negotiation.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing key accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and recurring business.
- Collaborate with production and design teams to ensure client requirements are met with high quality and timely delivery.
- Provide accurate sales forecasting and performance reports to senior management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelorβs degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of professional experience in B2B sales, specifically within the Printing, Paper Packaging, or related manufacturing industry.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in managing a team and driving sales performance.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills suitable for C-level interactions.
- In-depth knowledge of paper packaging types, printing techniques, and market trends.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and meet tight project deadlines.
