- Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing sales teams for commercial EV solutions
- Identify, prospect, and convert qualified leads into long-term commercial vehicle clients
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional market demands
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Establish and maintain relationships with fleet operators, logistics companies, and B2B clients
- Monitor team performance metrics and implement data-driven improvement strategies
- Collaborate with product and marketing teams to refine value propositions
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior leadership
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years in sales management with 2+ years in automotive/EV sector
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets in B2B environments
- Strong understanding of electric vehicle technology and commercial vehicle market
- Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with CRM platforms and sales analytics tools
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work in fast-paced startup environment
