Tanggung Jawab

Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years of sales supervisory or leadership experience
- Strong background in retail or consumer products distribution
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in sales reporting tools and inventory management systems
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of local market dynamics in Nganjuk region preferred
