Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for non-coating products
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities
- Monitor team performance metrics and provide regular coaching feedback
- Collaborate with marketing to create compelling sales campaigns
- Prepare detailed sales reports and forecasts for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years sales experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Experience in non-coating products or related industry preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
