Private Advertiser is looking for a dynamic Sales Supervisor – Office Furniture & Project Sales to lead our office fit‑out and furniture projects in the Bulacan area. In this role, you will oversee the end‑to‑end project lifecycle, from identifying new business opportunities and preparing competitive bids to coordinating with design, procurement, and installation teams. Your commercial acumen and leadership will be instrumental in delivering high‑quality solutions that meet client expectations and drive revenue growth.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of B2B accounts, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely project delivery. Working closely with senior management, you’ll develop sales strategies, monitor performance metrics, and mentor a team of sales executives. Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and manage office fit‑out projects from concept to completion.
- Identify and pursue bidding opportunities with corporate clients and government agencies.
- Coordinate with internal departments (design, procurement, logistics) to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing technical advice and solutions.
- Prepare accurate cost estimates, proposals, and contract documentation.
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve quarterly targets.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and feed insights into business planning.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and quality assurance procedures.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3‑5 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in office furniture or interior solutions.
- Solid understanding of project sales cycles, procurement processes, and contract negotiation.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of coaching and developing sales teams.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; experience with AutoCAD or project management tools is a plus.
- Result‑driven mindset with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to travel within the Bulacan region and other parts of the Philippines as required.
