Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of office fit-out projects, ensuring quality control and timely delivery.
- Identify and participate in strategic bidding opportunities for corporate and commercial projects.
- Act as the primary point of contact for key clients, managing relationships and resolving any project concerns.
- Coordinate closely with internal design, logistics, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and emerging trends in office interior solutions.
- Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and contracts in compliance with company standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record in project sales, specifically within the office furniture, construction materials, or interior design industry.
- Strong knowledge of office fit-out processes, project management methodologies, and CAD or design software is a plus.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines in a competitive market.
