Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Monitor distribution performance and implement corrective actions when needed
- Develop sales strategies for market expansion and customer retention
- Conduct regular sales team training and performance evaluations
- Build and maintain relationships with key distributors and retailers
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance metrics
- Coordinate with logistics to ensure timely product delivery
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3 years sales experience with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of Central Kalimantan market preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
