Dapu Cell Indonesia is currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Supervisor to oversee operations across the Palembang, Bengkulu, and Jambi regions. In this critical leadership role, you will be the driving force behind our regional sales performance, responsible for coaching, managing, and inspiring your team to consistently exceed sales quotas and market penetration targets.

Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective regional sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives across the designated areas (Palembang, Bengkulu, Jambi).
- Monitor daily sales performance metrics and provide real-time coaching to ensure team KPIs are met.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.
- Maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and outlets to ensure brand visibility and product availability.
- Prepare comprehensive sales reports and performance forecasts for regional management.
- Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team product knowledge and selling techniques.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, preferably in the retail or consumer electronics industry.
- Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM software, and retail operations.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team-building skills.
- Ability to travel frequently between Palembang, Bengkulu, and Jambi as required.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a result-oriented mindset.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel for data tracking and reporting.
