Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for consumer products in Palembang market
- Analyze sales performance data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
- Train sales staff on product knowledge, negotiation techniques, and customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with supply chain for optimal stock availability
- Implement visual merchandising standards to enhance product presentation
- Prepare detailed sales reports and performance metrics for management review
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years in retail sales with 1+ years in supervisory role
- Proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in consumer products
- Strong leadership abilities with team coaching and performance management skills
- Proficient in sales analytics tools (Excel, CRM systems)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
- Deep understanding of Palembang retail market dynamics preferred
