Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of medical representatives to achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the Jawa Tengah market to expand Halodoc's pharmaceutical footprint.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with pharmacists, clinic owners, and key healthcare stakeholders.
  • Analyze sales metrics and market trends to identify new growth opportunities and optimize distribution channels.
  • Conduct regular field visits to ensure high service standards and effective implementation of sales strategies.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and performance reports for regional management.
  • Ensure full compliance with company policies and pharmaceutical industry regulations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, specifically within the pharmaceutical or FMCG industry.
  • Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and territory dynamics in the Jawa Tengah area.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire diverse sales teams.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly self-motivated with a 'go-getter' attitude and a track record of meeting ambitious targets.
  • Proficiency in sales reporting tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region.
  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
