As our Sales Supervisor, you will be the bridge between our strategic vision and on-the-ground execution. You will coach a team of sales representatives, mentor new talent, and personally engage with key accounts to ensure our market share continues to grow. Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the photocopier and office equipment market.
- Conduct regular sales meetings to track performance, address challenges, and share best practices.
- Manage key client accounts and build long-term relationships with stakeholders, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the sales pipeline, from lead generation to contract closure, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Identify new business opportunities and market expansion areas within the Johor region.
- Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure seamless installation and after-sales service for clients.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in the photocopier, printer, or office automation industry is highly preferred.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written) is mandatory to serve our diverse client base.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-leading role.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Possess a valid driver’s license and own transportation for local client visits.
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is an asset.
