Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to consistently achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans tailored to the specific needs of the pipe industry market in Indonesia.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide constructive feedback to drive team improvement and motivation.
- Maintain and expand relationships with key clients, distributors, and contractors in the Tangerang region.
- Coordinate closely with the supply chain and inventory departments to ensure product availability and delivery efficiency.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and pricing strategies.
- Prepare detailed weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts, and presentations for senior management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the pipe, construction material, or industrial manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive B2B environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate a diverse team.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is highly preferred.
- Proficient in using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Valid driving license is an advantage.
