Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and monitor the daily performance of roving sales personnel to ensure targets are met.
- Conduct regular field visits to verify merchandising standards and stock availability at various locations.
- Train and mentor new sales staff on company policies, product knowledge, and effective selling techniques.
- Analyze daily sales reports and provide actionable feedback to improve branch or area performance.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with store managers and key stakeholders.
- Implement promotional strategies and ensure display compliance in all assigned territories.
- Address and resolve operational challenges in the field promptly to minimize business disruption.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role, preferably in the sales or retail industry.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing a team.
- Must be willing to perform roving duties across Kawit and surrounding areas in Cavite.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and sales reporting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
