In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind our retail expansion, responsible for leading a sales team to achieve ambitious targets, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships with our clients.

We are looking for a strategic thinker who excels in fast-paced retail environments. You will be tasked with optimizing sales strategies, analyzing market trends in the Kalimantan Timur region, and ensuring operational excellence across all retail touchpoints. Tanggung Jawab

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the retail sales team to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies to expand market share in Samarinda and surrounding areas.
  • Analyze retail performance data and provide actionable insights to senior management.
  • Identify, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners and clients.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless product availability and promotional execution.
  • Conduct regular field visits to monitor market conditions and competitor activities.
  • Provide comprehensive training to staff regarding product knowledge and high-impact selling techniques.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) from any field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role, specifically within the Retail or FnB sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Demonstrated ability to build professional networks and open new retail markets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing diverse stakeholders.
  • High level of integrity, professional maturity, and dedication to excellence.
  • Ability to work effectively in Samarinda, Kalimantan Timur.
