- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans for the Indonesian market with Mandarin communication focus
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and distributors
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for leadership review
- Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment
- Conduct market research and identify new product/service opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with 2+ years in supervisory/management role
- Native or fluent Mandarin language proficiency (written and spoken)
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in B2B environment
- Strong leadership, negotiation, and cross-cultural communication skills
- Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Knowledge of plastics technology or manufacturing industry is advantageous
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in fast-paced environment
