Tanggung Jawab

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets in the Jatim region.
  • Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of sales representatives, ensuring high morale and optimal performance.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and consumer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key retail partners and stakeholders.
  • Conduct regular field visits to evaluate team performance and provide on-the-job coaching.
  • Analyze sales reports and KPIs to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage the distribution and merchandising execution across assigned territories to maximize brand visibility.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role within the FMCG or Retail industry.
  • Deep understanding of the East Java market landscape and distribution network.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams.
  • Proven ability to analyze sales data and translate it into actionable business insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and sales CRM tools.
  • Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned regional territory.
