Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans for retail expansion in Sumatera
- Monitor KPIs and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement
- Build and maintain relationships with key retail partners and distributors
- Conduct market analysis to identify growth opportunities and competitive threats
- Ensure compliance with company policies and FMCG industry regulations
- Coordinate with marketing teams on promotional campaigns and product launches
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales/supervisory experience in FMCG/retail
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through team leadership
- Strong analytical skills with experience in sales data interpretation
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
- Knowledge of Sumatera's retail landscape and distribution networks
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite
