Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans for the Tacloban region
- Monitor team performance and provide regular coaching and feedback to team members
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills
- Ensure adherence to company policies and sales processes
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports and performance metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- At least 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory role
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in sales analytics and CRM software
- Knowledge of the local market in Tacloban City and Leyte region
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing market conditions
