Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and promotional plans to drive market share growth.
- Monitor daily sales performance and provide constructive feedback to improve team productivity.
- Manage client relationships, address inquiries, and resolve complaints to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Coordinate with inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and optimal stock levels.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify new business opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management review.
- Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, share updates, and foster a positive work environment.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
- Proven experience as a Sales Supervisor, Sales Manager, or in a similar leadership role (minimum 3-5 years).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of sales principles and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within the region.
- Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluent in English and Tagalog.
