Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute regional sales strategies to drive TBR product volume across assigned territories (Java, NTB, Bali).
- Manage and nurture relationships with existing dealers to ensure brand loyalty and operational excellence.
- Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and pricing to provide actionable insights to management.
- Implement and oversee national sales programs at the dealer level to maximize market penetration.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure dealer compliance with brand standards and inventory management.
- Provide regular sales performance reports, forecasts, and gap analysis to the Regional Manager.
- Coordinate with internal logistics and supply chain teams to ensure seamless product availability and timely delivery.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, specifically within the tire, automotive, or heavy equipment industry.
- Strong understanding of the TBR (Truck & Bus Radial) market in Indonesia.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage regional dealer networks.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region (Java, NTB, and Bali).
- Fluency in Indonesian and working proficiency in English.
