Are you a high-energy sales leader with a passion for driving growth on the road? QuintMas is seeking a results-oriented Sales Supervisor to spearhead our van sales operations across Penang Island. In this role, you will be the backbone of our distribution strategy, mentoring a team of sales representatives to hit aggressive targets, build strong client relationships, and ensure operational excellence in every territory.

Tanggung Jawab
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of van sales representatives to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales KPIs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities within the Penang region to adjust sales tactics proactively.
- Ensure efficient route planning and inventory management for the van fleet.
- Conduct regular field visits to provide coaching, resolve issues, and ensure adherence to company sales protocols.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with key retail outlets and wholesalers.
- Analyze sales data and reports to identify growth opportunities and areas for performance improvement.
- Manage stock levels and ensure accurate reconciliation of daily sales and cash collections.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or team-lead role.
- Strong experience in FMCG or van sales operations is highly preferred.
- Possess a valid driving license (GDL is a significant advantage).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence diverse teams.
- Proficiency in sales reporting software and basic Microsoft Office tools.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to speak English, Malay, and/or local dialects to effectively communicate with diverse retail partners.
