As a Sales Support, you will serve as the vital link between our Sales Consultants and our clients, ensuring that every interaction is seamless and every process is efficient. You will be responsible for managing complex data, preparing high-quality proposals, and organizing schedules to maximize our team's productivity. Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Sales Consultant team to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Manage and update the customer relationship management (CRM) database with accurate and timely information.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute professional sales proposals, quotations, and reports.
  • Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings for sales representatives.
  • Assist in the tracking of inventory levels and processing of customer orders.
  • Handle incoming client inquiries via phone or email and redirect them to the appropriate department.
  • Organize sales documentation, contracts, and meeting minutes for internal review.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales support or an administrative role is a plus.
  • Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
  • Proactive attitude with a keen eye for detail.
