Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with assigned clients, serving as their primary point of contact
- Provide comprehensive sales support to account managers, including preparation of proposals and presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services to clients
- Identify and report on new business opportunities within existing client accounts
- Monitor client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, sales metrics, and client feedback
- Assist in the development and implementation of account management strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support or account management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in both English and Mandarin
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail and time management skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets
- Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently as well as in a team
