Tanggung Jawab

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales department to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Manage and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client data.
  • Prepare and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and presentations to management.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery.
  • Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, providing prompt and professional responses.
  • Assist in the preparation and filing of contracts, invoices, and other sales documentation.
  • Maintain an organized filing system for both digital and physical sales records.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and basic computer skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Indonesian.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
  • Familiarity with basic accounting principles and document handling is a plus.
