PT Tempsens Asia Jaya is looking for a dedicated Sales Support & Administration professional to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Utara. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our sales department, ensuring that the entire sales cycle—from initial inquiry to final delivery—runs smoothly and efficiently.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end sales administration, including quotation preparation, processing purchase orders, and sales contract management.
  • Maintain and update customer databases and sales records in the CRM system with high accuracy.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and shipment tracking.
  • Assist the sales team in preparing periodic sales reports, forecasts, and performance dashboards.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries regarding order status, product availability, and shipping updates.
  • Handle incoming documentation and ensure all compliance and administrative requirements are met before project execution.
  • Support the preparation of sales presentations, proposals, and marketing collateral for client meetings.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's (S1) degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or in a similar administrative role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and Word.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
  • High level of integrity, organizational skills, and the ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Experience with ERP or CRM software is considered a strong advantage.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team while also managing individual tasks with minimal supervision.
