Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and maintain accurate sales performance reports and inventory stock reports
- Manage customer service inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Support sales team through data analysis and reporting preparation
- Handle administrative tasks including document processing and record-keeping
- Coordinate internal communications between sales and other departments
- Monitor sales targets and track key performance indicators
- Assist in developing sales processes and administrative workflows
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SMA/D3 degree in Business Administration or related field
- 1-2 years experience in sales support or administrative role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Ability to work independently and in team environments
- Proven organizational and time management skills
- Experience with CRM systems preferred
