Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain the company's Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales reports, presentations, and correspondence for regional sales managers and leadership.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to process sales orders, track shipments, and resolve customer inquiries efficiently.
  • Assist in the organization and execution of trade shows, conferences, and regional sales events.
  • Maintain and update sales collateral, brochures, and pricing sheets to ensure sales representatives have the latest materials.
  • Monitor sales pipeline metrics and provide weekly or monthly updates to the sales team.
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in sales support, administrative assistance, or a related field.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Malay is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within a global, cross-functional team.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
