Tanggung Jawab
- Process and maintain accurate sales documentation, contracts, and customer records
- Act as primary liaison between customers, sales teams, and operational departments
- Coordinate order processing, shipment tracking, and delivery confirmations
- Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and presentations
- Resolve customer inquiries and administrative issues with timely solutions
- Support sales team through lead generation, market research, and competitive analysis
- Implement and optimize administrative workflows for maximum efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years experience in administrative or sales support roles
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English
- Experience with CRM systems and database management
