Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and maintain relationships with logistics vendors, including transportation providers, warehousing partners, shipping companies, and cargo airlines
- Monitor vendor performance and ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Negotiate contracts and terms with vendors to optimize cost and service quality
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide comprehensive support for client needs
- Resolve issues and address concerns raised by vendors or internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular vendor evaluations and implement improvement strategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in logistics and vendor management
- Prepare regular reports on vendor performance and key metrics
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in vendor management or logistics coordination
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Proficiency in vendor management software and MS Office applications
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Knowledge of the logistics industry in Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English languages
