Tanggung Jawab
- Process daily sales orders accurately and ensure timely entry into the ERP system.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to track stock levels and facilitate smooth inventory replenishment.
- Support retail sales teams with necessary documentation, price tags, and promotional materials.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve order-related discrepancies promptly to maintain service standards.
- Prepare periodic sales performance reports for management review.
- Assist in the coordination of retail roadshows and marketing events within the East Region.
- Monitor stock availability across multiple retail outlets to prevent out-of-stock situations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Level or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or administrative support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while being a strong team player.
- Meticulous attention to detail and ability to handle data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Familiarity with retail operations or the consumer electronics industry is an added advantage.
