Tanggung Jawab
- Order Management: Process incoming orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all documentation is complete and up-to-date.
- CRM Administration: Maintain and update customer relationship management (CRM) systems to track leads, interactions, and sales performance.
- Client Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for clients, answering inquiries and coordinating logistics for order fulfillment.
- Internal Communication: Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Data Entry: Perform accurate data entry tasks to ensure the integrity of sales records and reports.
- Reporting: Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports and performance summaries.
- Administrative Support: Manage emails, schedules, and general office administration to support the sales team's productivity.
Kualifikasi
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, or related field (Open to fresh graduates).
- Experience: No prior experience required; fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Attitude: Proactive, customer-focused, and eager to learn in a fast-paced sales environment.
- CRM Knowledge: Familiarity with CRM software is a plus but not required.
