Join Trust Recruit as a Sales Support Chiller Engineer and become an integral part of our dynamic HVAC solutions team. This specialized role bridges technical expertise and sales excellence, providing critical pre-sales technical consultations and post-sales support for advanced chiller systems. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver tailored solutions, ensuring optimal system performance and customer satisfaction. With a focus on AWS (Advanced Water Systems) and VB (Variable Speed technologies), you'll troubleshoot complex HVAC challenges while maintaining strong client relationships. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct pre-sales technical consultations for chiller and HVAC systems
- Prepare detailed technical proposals and quotations for clients
- Perform site assessments and system feasibility studies
- Coordinate with engineering teams to customize chiller solutions
- Provide after-sales support including installation supervision and troubleshooting
- Train customers on chiller operation and maintenance protocols
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization strategies
- Document technical reports and maintain client communication logs
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC Technology
- Minimum 3 years of experience in chiller/HVAC technical support
- Certification in HVAC systems or refrigeration technology preferred
- Strong knowledge of AWS (Advanced Water Systems) and VB (Variable Speed) technologies
- Proficiency in technical documentation and proposal writing
- Excellent problem-solving and client communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Valid driver's license for site visits
