Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end sales administration tasks to ensure accurate documentation and timely order processing.
  • Oversee stock levels and inventory reporting to ensure product availability for sales requirements.
  • Coordinate and manage the daily scheduling of technical teams to meet service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication between sales, technical operations, and client stakeholders.
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks to improve workflow efficiency and team productivity.
  • Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory status, and technician utilization.
  • Ensure all sales support activities align with company quality standards and customer satisfaction goals.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of a Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s (S1) degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Coordinator, or Operations Support role.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and internal database management systems.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage professional relationships effectively.
  • Strong analytical mindset with keen attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Ability to reside and work in Bandung, Jawa Barat.
  • Problem-solving aptitude with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
