Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end order-to-delivery process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate closely with internal supply chain teams, warehouses, and logistics partners to resolve shipment discrepancies.
- Prepare and process sales documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, and shipping manifests.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with regional stakeholders to fulfill client demands.
- Provide proactive communication to customers regarding shipment status and delivery timelines.
- Generate regular operational reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) within the supply chain.
- Support the sales team by handling ad-hoc administrative requests and contract management tasks.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Sales Support, Logistics, or Supply Chain coordination.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong understanding of import/export documentation and regional logistics procedures.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across different departments.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
