Tanggung Jawab
- Provide expert technical assistance to the sales team during the proposal and quotation stage.
- Develop and design technical solutions tailored to specific client requirements and project scopes.
- Prepare detailed commercial proposals, technical specifications, and cost breakdowns.
- Collaborate with engineering and production units to verify solution feasibility and lead times.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for existing clients, addressing inquiries and technical questions.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
- Assist in the qualification of leads by gathering detailed technical specifications from prospects.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, or related discipline).
- Strong understanding of engineering principles, systems, and applications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis and PowerPoint for presentations.
- Detail-oriented approach with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Previous experience in a sales support, technical sales, or customer service role is preferred.
