Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales department to ensure operational efficiency.
- Prepare, process, and track sales quotations, purchase orders, and contracts with high accuracy.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate client data and sales activities.
- Coordinate with internal departments including logistics and finance to ensure timely delivery and billing.
- Handle incoming sales inquiries via email and telephone, ensuring professional communication at all times.
- Generate monthly sales reports and assist in preparing presentations for management reviews.
- Manage documentation, filing, and office administrative tasks related to the sales cycle.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or operations roles within the IT or service industry.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with CRM software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Meticulous attention to detail and strong numerical literacy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
