Tanggung Jawab
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently through ERP systems
- Update and maintain price lists in real-time to ensure competitiveness
- Support sales team with daily operational tasks and administrative duties
- Collaborate with logistics team for timely order fulfillment
- Monitor inventory levels and flag discrepancies for resolution
- Generate sales reports and performance analytics for management
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer inquiries
Kualifikasi
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years experience in sales support or retail operations
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Strong attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
