As a crucial member of the sales operations function, you will be the vital link between our high-performing field sales team and our valued customers. Your primary mission is to ensure an exceptional end-to-end customer experience. This includes managing the entire sales support cycle: generating precise quotations, processing complex orders, coordinating logistics with the warehouse team, and meticulously maintaining our CRM and ERP databases. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the field sales team.
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, and invoices with high accuracy in our internal systems.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product information and resolving issues.
- Prepare and deliver accurate sales quotations and tender documents within specified timelines.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to ensure data integrity.
- Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse departments to schedule shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
- Assist in the preparation of sales reports, performance metrics, and presentations for management reviews.
- Support the coordination of marketing events, exhibitions, and product launches.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administration role.
- Experience in the laboratory, healthcare, or scientific equipment industry is highly advantageous.
- Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Experience working with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
