- Manage end-to-end sales process including proposal creation, order processing, and contract documentation
- Provide dedicated client support to ensure satisfaction and retention through proactive communication
- Collaborate with sales team to identify growth opportunities and develop strategic solutions
- Prepare and present technical/commercial proposals aligned with client requirements
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, administration, or customer service role
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
