Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales documents and maintaining records
- Assist in processing orders, ensuring accurate documentation and timely fulfillment

- Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for management review
- Manage customer inquiries and provide appropriate information or escalate as necessary

Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field preferred
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, administrative, or customer service role
