Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the sales team in preparing accurate and competitive quotations for sea and air freight services.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving service issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with internal operations, documentation, and overseas offices to ensure smooth execution of shipments.
- Maintain and update customer records and sales pipelines in the CRM system.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to assist in refining sales strategies.
- Provide administrative support for sales presentations, tenders, and client review meetings.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a freight forwarding or logistics environment.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, incoterms, and customs requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
