We are seeking a motivated professional to provide comprehensive sales support and ensure smooth operations within our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be the key liaison between our sales representatives and customers, delivering exceptional service while driving business growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide day-to-day sales support including handling customer inquiries, processing quotations, and managing orders
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Maintain and update CRM systems with accurate customer and sales data
- Assist in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and tender documentation
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
- Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets
- Collaborate with marketing on promotional activities and campaigns
- Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales support, admin, or customer service roles
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Proactive mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the heavy machinery or power industry is an advantage
