Tanggung Jawab
- Assist the sales force in identifying and developing new business opportunities in the sea freight sector
- Prepare and process shipping documentation, including bills of lading, customs forms, and commercial invoices
- Coordinate with clients, shipping lines, and customs authorities to ensure smooth cargo operations
- Provide accurate shipping quotations and manage pricing negotiations with clients
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to clients regarding cargo movement
- Resolve shipping-related issues and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records of shipping activities, client communications, and financial transactions
- Collaborate with internal teams including operations, finance, and customer service to ensure seamless service delivery
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales support or sea freight operations
- Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, documentation, and regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build client relationships
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and logistics management software
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in other languages is an advantage
