Tanggung Jawab

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries, ensuring prompt and professional responses to customers and sales representatives.
  • Prepare comprehensive sales quotations, proposals, and other essential sales documents with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Process sales orders from entry to invoicing, verifying details and coordinating with internal departments.
  • Liaise with logistics, production, and warehouse teams to coordinate product shipments and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records and sales databases (CRM) to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales reports, presentations, and forecasts for management review.
  • Support the sales team in administrative tasks, scheduling meetings, and managing travel arrangements as required.
  • Resolve customer service issues and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.

Kualifikasi

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a sales support, sales administration, or customer service role, preferably within the manufacturing or petrochemical industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) and ERP systems is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities.
