Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively identify and reach out to potential customers through cold calling and targeted telemarketing campaigns.
- Qualify leads by assessing their needs and determining the best fit for our technology solutions.
- Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate prospect information and call outcomes.
- Schedule high-quality appointments for the senior sales team to demonstrate our products.
- Build and sustain strong relationships with prospects through consistent and professional follow-ups.
- Achieve and exceed monthly KPIs related to lead generation, call volume, and appointment setting.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach scripts and improve conversion rates.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or customer-facing support roles is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a confident and persuasive telephone manner.
- High level of energy, enthusiasm, and a resilient attitude toward handling rejection.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and experience with CRM software is an advantage.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia; ability to speak additional dialects (Mandarin/Tamil) is a significant plus.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to meet and exceed performance targets.
