We are currently expanding our sales support team and looking for a dynamic Sales Support / Inside Sales representative to join us full-time from the comfort of your home in Metro Manila.
In this pivotal role, you will underpin the success of our sales efforts by managing the lead pipeline, providing administrative support, preparing compelling proposals, and ensuring our sales team has what they need to close deals. You'll be the bridge between sales and other departments, coordinating meetings, maintaining accurate CRM data, and identifying areas for process improvement. Your ability to multitask and communicate effectively will be key to driving efficiency and revenue growth.

Tanggung Jawab
- Provide administrative support to the sales team, including CRM management, data entry, and reporting.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and qualify leads for the sales team.
- Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely manner.
- Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, presentations, and client follow-ups.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and sales performance reporting.
Kualifikasi
- At least 2 years of experience in sales support, inside sales, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Must have a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace.
- Experience in BPO or offshore services is a plus.
