Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and coordinate daily follow-ups for the sales team to ensure no leads are missed.
  • Organize and maintain sales documents, contracts, and client records in an orderly manner.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to streamline team operations.
  • Update and maintain the CRM database with accurate client information.
  • Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management review.
  • Facilitate communication between clients and sales representatives to ensure smooth processes.

Kualifikasi

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
