Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and coordinate daily follow-ups for the sales team to ensure no leads are missed.
- Organize and maintain sales documents, contracts, and client records in an orderly manner.
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to streamline team operations.
- Update and maintain the CRM database with accurate client information.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and presentations for management review.
- Facilitate communication between clients and sales representatives to ensure smooth processes.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid (WFH) setup with high self-discipline.
- Good communication skills and a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
- Previous experience in sales support or customer service is preferred but not mandatory.
