Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and optimize CRM systems (Monday.com) for lead tracking and sales pipeline management
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team including order processing and documentation
- Generate sales reports, forecasts, and performance analytics to inform strategic decisions
- Coordinate sales collateral preparation, contract processing, and customer onboarding
- Act as liaison between sales, marketing, and customer service departments
- Support inside sales activities through prospect follow-up and relationship nurturing
- Maintain accurate customer databases and ensure data integrity across platforms
Kualifikasi
- 3+ years of experience in sales administration, inside sales, or CRM support roles
- Proven proficiency with CRM systems (Monday.com experience highly valued)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
