Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation within the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to prepare quotations, sales contracts, and proposals for prospective clients.
  • Handle incoming sales inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional assistance.
  • Assist in the processing of sales orders and monitor delivery schedules to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Generate regular sales performance reports and present insights to management.
  • Support marketing initiatives by coordinating lead generation efforts and follow-up schedules.
  • Maintain a comprehensive filing system for all sales-related correspondence and contracts.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
